Ne pas pouvoir être en accord avec ses valeurs dans sa pratique génère des conflits intérieurs, une perte de sens, un mal-être, une « souffrance éthique ». Ce manque de congruence entre valeurs et réalité professionnelles peut engendrer diverses difficultés avec l’équipe et la structure.

L’éthique offre un cadre référentiel permettant aux valeurs d’orienter et de donner du sens aux pratiques. L’éthique est constituée de valeurs essentielles qui forment le socle de l’identité.

Clarifier les valeurs et les principes éthiques individuels et communs dynamise l’agir, l’engagement, la cohésion et valorise le sens donné au travail.

Objectifs pédagogique globaux

Clarifier les valeurs professionnelles et principes éthiques individuels et collectifs.
Discerner l’écart entre la réalité et sa perception idéale du travail « bien fait ».
Identifier les réelles contraintes empêchant l’exercice de ses missions dans le respect de ses valeurs.
Trouver des moyens de rester congruent, fidèle à ses valeurs professionnelles dans sa pratique.

Un entretien me permettra de connaître vos attentes, enjeux, besoins et objectifs pour vous présenter des solutions sur mesure avec un contenu plus détaillé.

Une expression du contenu

Le collage des valeurs permet de clarifier les valeurs professionnelles individuelles et collectives fondatrices de l’éthique. Pour cette formation il peut y avoir un travail reliant l’éthique institutionnelle à l’éthique professionnelle individuelle et collective.

Après un temps de centrage guidé, chacun des participant va prendre un temps pour écrire comment il voit sa vie professionnelle idéale en considérant l’individuel, collectif et d’autres aspects en fonction de l’orientation du thème de l’éthique abordé. De ce premier écrit vont surgir les valeurs qui semblent essentielles pour cette personne mais aussi à cette équipe. De ces valeurs identifiées va être proposé un collage collectif des valeurs. En feuilletant un magazine, chacun va découper uniquement des images qui symbolisent ses valeurs fondamentales. Puis par petits groupes, ils vont créer un assemblages de leurs valeurs. De ces créations chaque groupe en écrira des principes éthiques.

Intra-entreprise

L’ensemble des formations bien-être créations est disponible en intra-entreprise (en Ardèche 07 et ailleurs sur demande). Une formation intra-entreprise réunit des salariés d’un même établissement et se déroule au sein de la structure. Les intra-entreprises ont l’avantage d’être plus ciblées et personnalisées.

Formation mixte de 27 heures : Une formation fragmentée associée à des temps de rappel offre un contexte idéal au processus d’intégration et de transformation.

3 sessions de 7 heures en présentiel, espacées de 6 à 8 semaines
6 heures en e-learning soit 2 heures après chaque session.
