Le renouveau, le mouvement, la loi des cycles rythment nos vies. Rien ni personne n’y échappe. La nature nous le rappelle perpétuellement. Ecouter, chercher à comprendre ce que la situation vécue raconte et propose est une douce possibilité pour déjouer ce qui ce joue de nous. Être accompagné pour adapter l’activité professionnelle à ce vent du nouveau cycle. Déployer hors limites le rêve du nouveau cycle.
Repérer et transformer les blocages et croyances limitantes relatifs corps entrepreneurial, environnemental, sociétal…
Intégrer la loi des cycles, des rythmes inhérent à tout processus de création, de transformation.
Définir un plan d’actions à partir d’une approche systémique.
Se laisser inspirer par la nature et de l’environnement.
Apprendre du passage à l’action et lire les opportunités proposées.
Reconnaître, intégrer et savourer chaque pas sage.

Un entretien me permettra de connaître vos attentes, enjeux, besoins et objectifs pour vous présenter des solutions sur mesure avec un contenu plus détaillé.

Une expression du contenu

Peindre le rêve permet de mettre en formes et couleurs l’essence du rêve du nouveau cycle. Le processus de création, les formes, les couleurs, l’expression de cette peinture individuelle ou collective donneront les clés fondamentales du renouveau. Cette approche permet d’aborder la suite avec l’hémisphère droit et ouvre la porte des possibles présents en chacun, en tous et en tout.

Chaque participant se présentera à la première journée avec un écrit qu’il aura réalisé préalablement sur le rêve qui sous tend le nouveau cycle. Par e-learning, les participants recevront les consignes et seront accompagné les 6 semaines précédent la première rencontre. De ces premiers écrits seront réalisés des dessins et collages symbolisant les projets pour offrir les premières pistes des blocages et potentiels sur lesquels il sera important de se concentrer.

Intra-entreprise

Cette formation bien-être créations s’adresse à tout type d’entreprise, d’institution. Elle est disponible en intra-entreprise (en Ardèche 07 et ailleurs sur demande). Une formation intra-entreprise réunit des professionnels d’un même établissement et se déroule au sein de la structure. Les intra-entreprises ont l’avantage d’être plus ciblées et personnalisées.

Formation mixte de 42 heures : Une formation fragmentée associée à des temps de rappel offre un contexte idéal au processus d’intégration et de transformation.

6 sessions de 6 heures en présentiel, ou 12 sessions de 3h espacées de 6 à 8 semaines.
6 heures en e-learning soit 1 heure après chaque session.
