Objectifs pédagogique globaux

À travers son savoir, savoir-faire et savoir être, identifier l’ensemble des connaissances de soi acquises dans l’expérience quotidienne.
Faire émerger les potentiels qui sommeillent dans les limites.
Explorez et exprimer ses potentiels à travers ses compétences professionnelles.

Un entretien me permettra de connaître vos attentes, enjeux, besoins et objectifs pour vous présenter des solutions sur mesure avec un contenu plus détaillé.

Une expression du contenu

Le jeu du héros permet d’oser mettre en avant plusieurs de ses atouts en sommeils.

Chaque participant va noter sur une feuille le nom d’une personnalité (imaginaire ou pas) qu’elle admire, perçoit comme un héros, quelqu’un d’extraordinaire. Puis elle va noter les 3 qualités essentielles qu’elle trouve à ce héros. Tout le monde se tient en cercle debout et va à tour de rôle, à son rythme, venir au centre, fermer les yeux (pour s’offrir ce moment) et dire à voix haute « moi…., je suis…(dire les qualité qu’il admire chez ce personnage) ». Idem mais avec les yeux ouverts pour l’affirmer face aux autres. Idem avec un mouvement laissé exprimé par le corps pour chaque qualité. Entre chaque passage au centre, un temps est pris pour écouter les résonances intérieures. Après cet exercice, chacun développe par écrit comment cette qualité s’exprime déjà chez lui et comment il la voit se déployer en lui laissant libre expression.

Intra-entreprise

L’ensemble des formations bien-être créations est disponible en intra-entreprise (en Ardèche 07 et ailleurs sur demande). Une formation intra-entreprise réunit des salariés d’un même établissement et se déroule au sein de la structure. Les intra-entreprises ont l’avantage d’être plus ciblées et personnalisées.

Formation mixte de 27 heures : Une formation fragmentée associée à des temps de rappel offre un contexte idéal au processus d’intégration et de transformation.

3 sessions de 7 heures en présentiel, espacées de 6 à 8 semaines
6 heures en e-learning soit 2 heures après chaque session.
