Quels que soient les relations, l’histoire commune, les liens affectifs, familiaux que vous avez avec votre proche, être aidant modifie, complexifie voir détériore considérablement les positions et relations avec le proche et les autres membres de la famille. La détérioration de la relation avec la personne accompagnée est malheureusement un problème récurrent et lourd de conséquences pour chacun. Se recentré sur la relation permet de ne pas perdre de vue ce qui nous relie.

Remettre la relation au cœur de l’aide en privilégiant la communication ouvre un vaste champ de possibles et de satisfactions. Prendre soin de la relation est fondamental mais pas si simple.

  • Clarifier la relation actuelle, passée et souhaitée.
  • Comment rétablir une relation et en prendre soin.
  • Considérer l’importance du langage verbal et non verbal.
  • Identifier les diverses voies sensorielles de communication.
  • S’approprier des repères et outils de communication non violente.

Public concerné

Ces ateliers s’adressent aux personnes étant dans une position quotidienne ou régulière, non professionnel, d’aidant vis-à-vis d’un proche âgé ou pas, malade, dépendant, handicapé à son domicile ou chez vous ou résident dans un établissement spécialisé.

Une expression du contenu

La marche aveugle permet de poser un autre regard sur sa façon d’être en relation, de communiquer, d’accompagner. C’est l’occasion de vivre des prises de  conscience essentielles et évidentes sur l’impact de la communication verbale et non verbale dans la relation.  

En demi groupe, pendant que le reste du groupe observe, des binômes se créent, l’un a les yeux bandé, pendant que l’autre va devoir le diriger dans l’espace uniquement à la voix. Puis il va continuer à l’accompagner uniquement avec le touché, ensuite avec la voix et le touché. Après inversion des rôles, nous prenons un temps de partage de l’expérience vécue par les marcheurs et les spectateurs. Enfin le demi groupe spectateur passe à l’expérimentation de l’exercice. Il y a une multitude de variantes à cet exercice permettant d’accentuer l’expérience de la communication verbale et non verbale et leurs impacts dans la relation.
